Key Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and HR administration

Handle statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN

Prepare employment-related documents (offer letters, confirmations, etc.)

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

Coordinate with external recruitment agencies for hiring needs

Support day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements
Minimum 5 - 8 years of HR experience in a generalist role

Strong hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance

Prior exposure to recruitment and HR operations

Familiar with HR systems (HR2000 is an added advantage)

Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices

Mature, independent, and able to work in a lean team
