HR Executive

1. Recruitment
-Assist in the hiring process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interview sessions.
-Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

2. Payroll
-Perform the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing.
-Rectify payroll discrepancies and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRD Corp).

3. Training & Development
-Assist in training and development activities, including sourcing training providers and courses.
-Coordinate and organize training sessions.

4. Other Duties
-Carry out other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
