HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
-Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
-Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases using ATS system.
-Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
-Maintain and update employee records and all relevant documents, ensure documents are well organized.
-Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
-Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
-Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
-Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
-Assist in adhoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in HR will be an advantage.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost care
-Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
-Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
