HR Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. You will handle end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to payroll, ensuring smooth employee management and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring
Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding
Work closely with management to hire the right talent
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Handle monthly payroll processing
Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
Maintain accurate attendance and leave records
HR Operations
Manage onboarding & offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist with employee engagement and company events
Administrative Support (HR related)
Help maintain HR policies, forms, and filing systems
