HR Executive (Payroll)

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Payroll Function.
Familiar with Ipayroll (HR2000) system would be an added advantage.
Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin.
Good interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, willingness to learn
Responsibilities

Process end-to-end payroll for all Company employees (monthly).
Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN, HRDF).
Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll software.
Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, commissions and overtime payments.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, or issues promptly. Investigate and correct any anomalies in payroll processing.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data. Implement measures to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.
Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
