Job Description

A) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
i) Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring.

ii) Work closely with outlet managers to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.

iii) Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

B) Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
i) Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.

ii) Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals.

iii) Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

C) Offboarding Management
i) Handle resignation processes including resignation acceptance, exit clearance, and documentation.

ii)Conduct exit interviews and maintain proper records.

D) Employee Relations
i) Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.

ii) Support outlet managers in managing staff performance and conduct.

iii) Foster a positive and productive working environment.

E) HR Reporting
i) Prepare HR reports such as recruitment status, headcount, turnover, and manpower reports.

ii) Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.

F) HR Policies & Compliance
i) Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

ii) Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.


Job Requirements

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2) Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, retail, or service industry.

3) Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

4) Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices.

5) Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for communication purposes.

6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlets.
