HR Executive

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Malaysian regulations.

Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, risk assessments (HIRARC), and hazard identification activities.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in organizing and conducting safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills.

Liaise with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and other relevant regulatory authorities as required.

Assist in monitoring contractor safety compliance within company premises.

Maintain proper safety documentation, reports, and statutory records.

Handle company lorry PUSPAKOM inspections, documentation, and related arrangements.

Perform security officer duties, including monitoring premises security and ensuring compliance with company security procedures.

Experience & Personal Skills:

Minimum 2 year experience for Certificate/Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduated are encourage to apply)

Knowledge in MS Office is essential.

Conversable in Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Possess good communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills.

Self starter, fast learner, independent and prepared to work under pressure.
