HR Executive

What you'll be doing
-Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programs
-Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees to ensure a smooth transition
-Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
-Administering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
-Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive company culture
-Providing strategic HR advice and support to the management team
-Analysing HR data and generating reports to inform decision-making

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
