HR Manager

Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment aligned with project schedules and business needs.
Design and manage KPI and performance appraisal systems, including quarterly reviews and performance improvement plans.
Drive Training Needs Analysis, coordinate technical, HSE, leadership, ESG, and HRD Corp–compliant training programs.
Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance, salary benchmarking, HRIS accuracy, and reward initiatives.
Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, HR policies, audits, and ensure compliance with labour laws and ISO standards.


Requirements
8 years of experience in end-to-end HR function and at least 3 years of experience in leadership position
Experience in Property Construction, O&G (or any other heavy industries) is added advantage
