Job Description

Responsibilities & Task:
-Payroll Administration: Handle payroll-related matters and maintain timely and accurate payroll processing.
-Attendance Management: Maintain and assist in managing attendance-related matters.
-HRMS Data Management: Update new hires and resigned employees in the HRMS system.
-HR Operations Management: Handle overall HR operations, including recruitment and disciplinary matters.
-Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
HR Documentation & Correspondence: Prepare HR letters (e.g., Appointment, Confirmation, Increment), -memos, disciplinary notices, and other HR correspondence.
-Leave Administration: Manage holiday calendars and monitor employee leave balances.
-HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports.
-Employee Welfare & Claims Coordination: Assist in medical claims and workplace injury cases (SOCSO, -workplace accidents, loss of life) in collaboration with the Safety and Health Officer.
-HR Policy & Compliance Management: Implement company HR policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
-Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with 1-2 year(s) of working experience.
-Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal, Penang.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
