HR Specialist or Supervisor

1、Be responsible for implementing daily human resources management, including work related to recruitment, employee training, performance management, C&B and employee relations all HR-related work.
2、Be responsible for building a positive organizational atmosphere and labor discipline in the company, and creating a good office environment.
3、Assist in the establishment and improvement of human resources and administrative systems and processes.
4、Be responsible for maintaining daily basic work, such as policy implementation, attendance management, and employee onboarding and offboarding management.
5、Perform other tasks assigned by the employer.
6、2-4 years HR & Admin experience.
7、Fluent in English
8、Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
