We are a media entertainment company focusing on the TikTok live streaming industry, mainly involved in livestream content, streamer incubation, and MCN talent management services.

Currently hiring for HR & Admin Streamer Agent positions. If you enjoy socialising, communication, and prefer a young & energetic working environment, feel free to join us

Job Scope Early Stage

• Recruit streamers and HR staff
• Use platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok for recruitment
• Arrange online/offline interviews
• Handle onboarding, signing procedures & basic admin paperwork
• Assist in daily administrative tasks

Career Growth Streamer Agent Side

Once you start managing streamers, your role will gradually move into talent management, including:

• Following up on streamers daily livestream performance
• Helping to solve livestream issues or emergencies
• Assisting newcomers with basic livestream equipment setup
• Providing basic training and livestream guidance
• Supporting streamers emotionally and maintaining work motivation
• Working together with the operation team to improve livestream performance & data
• Following up on livestream hours and targets

Working Hours Mon - Sat | 10am - 7pm

We Hope You:
• Have basic communication & social skills
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Know how to use social media platforms
• HR / Admin / Sales experience is a bonus
• No experience also welcome, training will be provided
