Qualifications
-Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
-Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
-Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is an advantage
