Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and attendance
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped with relevant knowledge through regular classes or workshops
• Conduct and manage staff performance reviews periodically
• Maintain proper documentation and HR records in compliance with company policies
• Support management in developing HR strategies and improving company culture
