Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection.
-Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including documentation and orientation.

Employee Records & HR Administration
-Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
-Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of employee information.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
-Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
-Coordinate with payroll personnel to ensure accurate salary processing and statutory deductions.

HR Policies & Compliance
-Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.

Performance Management
-Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
-Assist managers in coordinating performance review documentation.

Employee Relations
-Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
-Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Training & Development
-Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
-Maintain records of employee training activities.

HR Reporting
-Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.

Additional Responsibilities
-Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (fresh graduates may also be considered).
-Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and HR systems.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
-Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
