Human Resources Executive

What you'll be doing

Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Providing HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their questions and concerns

Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and performance management

Maintaining and updating HR-related documentation and databases

Collaborating with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5 years of relevant experience in a human resources or generalist role

Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and labour regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in using HR software and computer applications

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
