Human Resources Intern

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE
· Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
· Maintain candidate and employee records.
· Prepare HR reports and trackers.
· Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
· Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
-Good communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills. Inclusive team player in an empowered start-up environment.
-Strong communication skills in BM and English.
-Possess own vehicle.
