Job Description

What You’ll Do:
Payroll & Compensation Administration
-Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
-Maintain payroll records and statutory submissions in line with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
-Support salary reviews, job evaluations, and compensation data preparation.

HRIS, Reporting & Data Management
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in the HRIS (Zoho).
-Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support management insights.
-Support audit, accreditation, and statutory reporting requirements.

Employee Lifecycle & Benefits Administration
-Administer medical benefits, leave, insurance, and wellness programs.
-Manage employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, contract changes, and expatriate documentation.

Policies & Compliance
-Support the implementation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and internal governance requirements.

Onboarding & Offboarding
-Coordinate smooth onboarding and exit processes for employees.
-Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback for HR review.

Employee Engagement & HR Projects
-Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
-Contribute to HR process improvements and HR system enhancements.

HR Business Partner Support
-Provide operational HR support to assigned departments on employee relations, performance matters, and HR processes.

What We’re Looking For:
· Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience, with hands-on payroll processing and administration.
· Good analytical skills with strong Excel capability; experience with HR reporting or dashboards is an advantage.
· Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate HR data.
· Working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
· Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage time-sensitive operational processes.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
· Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear reports, policies, and professional communications.
