The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and developing all human resource functions within the mortgage company. This role supports business growth by building a high-performance workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR practices with sales, operations, and credit teams.

It included:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for mortgage consultants, loan processors, credit analysts, sales support, and operations staff

2. Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires understand mortgage products, internal processes, compliance standards, and sales culture

3. Monitor probation performance and confirmation processes
