Job Description

Job Responsibilities
-Oversee and lead the overall Human Resource function, ensuring smooth operations across all HR areas.
-Supervise and guide the HR Executive in daily HR operations including payroll, attendance, and administrative matters.
-Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with company growth and manufacturing objectives.
-Design, review, and improve KPIs, performance management frameworks, and incentive structures to enhance workforce productivity.
-Provide strategic input on manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organizational structure.
-Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, industrial relations practices, and statutory requirements.
-Act as the key advisor to management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workforce issues.
-Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and welfare programs, especially for shop-floor and shift workers.
-Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) and recommend improvements.
-Establish and maintain structured HR policies, SOPs, and best practices suitable for a manufacturing environment.
-Support ISO/IATF and audit requirements from an HR compliance and documentation perspective.
-Oversee foreign worker management including compliance, welfare, and accommodation standards.
-Collaborate closely with production and management teams to align HR initiatives with operational needs.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong experience in building HR systems, KPI frameworks, and incentive schemes.
-Solid knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Industrial Relations.
-Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred.
-Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and guide HR team members.
-Detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture and improve processes.
-Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both management and shop-floor employees.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
