Human Resources & Operation Lead

Responsibilities:

-Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

-Analyse manpower needs and drive end-to-end hiring.

-Attract, connect, and engage both active and passive candidates.

-Craft smooth onboarding journeys that make new hires feel at home.

-Research & design compensation/benefit packages that reflect our values.


People Development & HR Innovation

-Research and enhance perks, benefits, and training for team growth.

-Apply for grants to support people & business growth.

-Keep us compliant with HR laws while shaping progressive policies.


Employee Experience & Engagement

-Be the bridge between employees and leadership through regular check-ins.

-Handle employee relations with empathy and fairness.

-Organise bonding activities and celebrations that people actually enjoy.

-Foster a no-politics, high-trust culture.


HR Analytics & Employer Branding

-Track and present key HR metrics (turnover, satisfaction, recruitment stats, etc.).

-Use data and insights to guide smarter HR decisions.

-Collaborate on employer branding initiatives — connect with universities and build our LinkedIn presence.


Payroll & Administration

-Manage payroll, expense claims, benefits, and expat permits.

-Oversee office operations: maintenance, purchases, travel, licenses, and tenancy.

Requirement:

-Degree in HR, Psychology, or Social Sciences.

-Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

-Experienced in HR with solid knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law. (preferably 4 years experience and above)

-A people-person who listens deeply, cares genuinely, and acts with integrity.
