Job Description

岗位概述：负责接待到店 / 线上客户，讲解防盗门、篱笆大门的产品特性、材质、款式、价格，了解客户需求并提供定制方案，促成成交并跟进后续安装与售后衔接。
核心工作职责：
接待来访客户，主动了解（家用 / 工程）、尺寸、预算与风格偏好
熟悉各类产品参数：不锈钢 / 铝合金 / 镀锌钢材质、防盗等级、锁芯类型、防锈工艺、款式特点等，清晰专业地讲解
为客户推荐合适的防盗门、篱笆大门方案，核算报价、签订订单、跟进收款
维护新/老客户，跟进订单进度、安装情况，收集反馈并促成转介绍
保持展厅样品整洁，及时更新产品与价格信息
任职要求：
学历不限，有建材、门窗、家居销售经验优先（没有也行只要肯学）
沟通能力强，态度亲和耐心，能清晰解答客户疑问
会基础马来语 / 中文 / 英语沟通更佳
责任心强，能承受一定销售压力
需要出席展览会
