Indoor Sales Cum Warehouse

Requirements

SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
Able to speak in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Experience in sales and/or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, POS systems).
Able to handle physical tasks (e.g., lifting, moving stock).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player, responsible, and organized.
Responsibilities

Indoor Sales Duties:

Attend to walk-in customers, and phone inquiries (e.g., WhatsApp).
Promote and upsell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and issue invoices.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Monitor stock availability and assist customers with product selection.
Warehouse Duties:


Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in proper locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer collection.
Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Assist in loading/unloading and ensuring the accuracy of delivery items.
