Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Indoor support for all customer enquiries and quotations and where necessary escalate to relevant
departments.

To maintain the current clienteles and at the same time increase company present in the market.

Providing quality account servicing, preparation of sales projections, management reports and sales quotations on a timely manner.

Promote E-Commerce services to customers at every opportunity to increase e-commerce usage.

Promote Value Added Services by identifying value propositions and upsell to target clients.

Reports to Sales Manager



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.

At least 1-3 years of working experience in shipping industry is required for this position.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
