Job Description
- 对房地产销售、市场推广及客户服务有兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力。
- 积极主动、有责任感，具备良好的学习态度。
- 具备基本电脑操作能力。
- 有房地产销售经验者优先考虑；无经验者亦欢迎申请。
- 能够独立工作并配合团队完成销售目标。
- 持有有效驾驶执照并具备交通工具者优先。
Job Responsibilities｜工作职责
- 负责集团旗下房地产项目及物业的销售与推广，包括住宅、店屋、商业及工业地产等。
- 主动开发潜在客户，跟进客户咨询并建立长期客户关系。
- 安排实地考察及物业介绍。
- 了解客户需求，提供合适的物业选择与相关资讯。
- 准备销售资料、报价及相关文件，并跟进交易流程。
- 收集市场资讯，分析房地产市场趋势及竞争项目。
- 配合团队制定并执行销售策略，达成个人及团队销售目标。
- 跟进客户反馈及售后相关事项，提升客户满意度。
