Inside Sales Representative （Sales Coordinator）

Job Description:
· Selling ICT range of products, solutions, services and maintenance.
· Responsible for the marketing of products and services.
· To achieve & exceed targets set by the Company
· Develops customer needs & new customers in the commercial, industrial & end-user.
· To identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and new customers
· Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business or upselling opportunities
· Prepare and handle quotation request, goods delivery, payment collection and ad-hoc duties whenever required.
· Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
· Cold call prospective customers
· Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and manage the entire sales cycle.
· Account responsibility with quota.

Job Requirement:
· Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification
· Minimum 1-3 years experienced
· Experience in Tender and Renewal documentation and update database procedure
· Experience in Telesales/Customer Service/Inside Sales related selling will be an added advantage
· Possess good telephone etiquette
· Possess patience and confidence when dealing with clients over the telephone
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Results-oriented & customer focused.
· Mature, self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and independent.
· Preferably have the ability to speak and write in Mandarin, English & Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
· Committed, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
· Enthusiasm, willingness, hard work & persistency are good attributes for the job
· Possess full working rights for Malaysia.
