Inside Sales Representatives

Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
-1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry. Fresh graduate welcome to apply
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools.
-Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
-Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
-Maintain good relationship with customers
-Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
-Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals.
-Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
-Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
