Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise assigned site works and monitor daily progress

Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to resolve site and interface issues

Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions

Manage RFIs, NCRs, and punch lists

Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship

Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C), inspections, and handover documentation

Discipline-Specific Scope (Summary)
Mechanical: HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH, piping, pumps, ducting

Electrical: HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, transformers, busducts, cabling

Controls: BMS, EPMS, PLCs, sensors, automation and system integration

Network / IT / Security: Structured cabling, fibre, racks, CCTV, access control

Architectural: Finishes, raised floors, fire-rated walls, S&C interfaces

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline.

Possessed IOW certificate (MUST have for Diploma holder)

Minimum 5 years site-based experience, preferably in data centres or mission-critical projects

Experience in EPCM / PMC or fast-track projects is an advantage

Strong coordination, communication, and site supervision skills

Software Skills
AutoCAD (mandatory)

Microsoft Office

PDF mark-up tools (Bluebeam / Adobe Acrobat)

BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, Aconex, Procore) – advantage
