Insurance Manager

Oversee and manage the organisation’s corporate insurance portfolio.

Monitor claims trends and loss ratios to optimise underwriting outcomes and risk placement strategies.

Ensure coverage limits remain adequate and aligned with operational and contractual risks.

Review policy terms, conditions, exclusions and endorsements to maintain comprehensive protection.

Claims negotiations and advocacy with internal and external stakeholders

Identify, analyse and evaluate insurable risks across business units.

Advise management on insurance implications relating to new projects, acquisitions and contracts.

Ensure insurance strategy aligns with the corporate risk management framework.

Strong expertise in General Insurance, with hands-on exposure to Property, Casualty, and Specialised Lines.
