Interior Designer (mandarin speaker)

Requirements

Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in, Interior Design Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional interior design role.
Proficiency in design software such as: AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Having own transportation.
Skills Required: Financial Analysis, Account Management and Financial Resporting.
Responsibilities

Develop innovative design solutions based on project requiremeents, collaborating with team members to understand design goals and objectives.
Produce 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, detailed drawings, and mockups to bring design concepts to life.
Provide professional guidance on space planning, design conceptualiization, material schemes, and color schemes, ensuring brand consistency across all projects.
