INTERIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities: -
1. Prepare 3D design layout plans for shop and space, elevation drawings, and 3D models (using CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
2. Produce 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, detailed drawings, and mockups to bring design concepts to life.
3. Provide professional guidance on space planning, design conceptualization, material schemes, and color schemes, ensuring brand consistency across all projects.
4. Provide detailed and allocate space specifications eg -Product displays. fitting room, checkout counters.
5. Produce concept design, space planning, 3D perspectives, layout plans and design development within the design project demands
6. Outlet space design - Responsible for the overall interior design of all outlet including 3D modeling and 2D construction drawings, ensuring compliance with brand identity .
7.Ensuring projects are delivered on time.
8. Participate in on-site assessments, collect data and measurements, and analyze space requirements to inform your designs.
9. Stay up-to-date with design trends, illustration styles, and competitor visuals to keep our brand relevant and appealing.
10. To perform any other duties as instructed by the immediate superior or any other person/persons assigned by the Management.

equirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Interior Design , Advertising/Media/ Architecture or related field.
2. With 1- 2 years working experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.
3. Have a good attitude, creative, independent, and can work with minimum supervison.
4. Experience with interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) is a plus.
5. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, 3D Max , Illustrator ,3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings or other interior design programs.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining design integrity.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
