Job Responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling activities and govern OWOW program overall, including:

Coordinate meetings with Operations teams

Build performance boards

Build information flows

Conduct trainings

Follow up on coaching sessions

Build communication wall

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in chemical / manufacturing / industrial engineering

Understand Lean Manufacturing

Have experience in managing projects

Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu

Willing to be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
