Intern Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities
-Support in acquiring new customers and generating sales opportunities
-Engage with potential and existing customers via WhatsApp, calls, and email
-Assist in managing and nurturing sales pipelines (follow-ups, closing support)
-Identify business opportunities and support lead qualification
-Help drive customer top-ups and increase account value (upselling/cross-selling)
-Prepare quotations and assist in order processing
-Monitor customer activity and provide timely follow-up to boost conversion
-Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and user engagement initiatives
-Assist in reporting, tracking performance, and ad-hoc sales projects

Requirements
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Strong interest in sales, marketing, and e-commerce/logistics industry
-Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
-Confident in handling customers and comfortable with WhatsApp/calls
-Proactive, target-driven, and willing to learn
-Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, or similar platforms is an advantage)
-Able to work in Bayan Baru, Penang
-Internship duration: minimum 3 months preferred
