Internship (Customer Service)

Job Description

-Assist in responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp's and walk-in.

-Provide on-ground assistance during interment and memorial events.

-Help coordinate with families and guide them through procedures.

-Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry and form filing.

-Support customer queries and direct them to appropriate personnel when needed.

-Assist the service team with stock handling and event setup.

-Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.



Requirement

-Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

-Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn.

-Basic computer skills (MS Office).
