Internship For Sales & Marketing

Requirements
-Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Own transportation required.
-Preferred those from Klang, Port Klang, Shah Alam & Banting

Responsibilities
-Support shipment requirements and liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments are handled promptly and delivered on time.
-Assist senior staff in coordinating with the customer service team to ensure smooth, proper, and timely execution of outbound/inbound shipments, including shipping documentation and related activities.
-Ensure proper filing and update systems accordingly.
-Handle and process customer feedback and complaints professionally.
-Execute day-to-day sales activities, including sales visits, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customer feedback.
-Stay updated on market trends and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
-Prepare proposals and quotations for customers and follow up closely to convert them into actual sales.
-Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
