Logistic Intern

Prepare and process delivery documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders).

Update delivery records and perform data entry in internal systems.

Coordinate with couriers/logistics providers for pickups and deliveries.

Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing logistic-related documents.

Support inventory tracking and general clerical tasks for the logistics team.



What we're looking for

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Available for a minimum internship period of 10 weeks (starting Jan/Feb 2026).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools
