Internship - Marketing

Job description:

Conduct cold calling to prospective leads who have shown interest in residential property projects.

Assist in following up with potential clients and maintaining a basic lead record.

Manage and update social media platforms by posting daily content related to property, housing insights, events, and promotions.

Support the team in planning and executing online marketing activities.

Participate in on-site marketing activities, including door-to-door outreach to promote BeCentral.

Assist the team in any ad-hoc tasks related to sales and marketing.

Willing to participate in fieldwork, including door-to-door canvassing and on-site engagement.

Proactive, positive attitude, and not afraid of face-to-face interaction.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to potential customers.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proactive and not afraid of fieldwork (including door-to-door engagement).
