Job Responsibilities:
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2.Assist customers with booking and tracking shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
3.Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipping schedules, rates, and services.
4.Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
5.Process bookings, prepare documentation, and update relevant systems accurately.

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduates OR current university students.

Languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
