Internship Supply Chain Operations

About the Role
This role supports the Supply Chain and Merchandising functions. Assist with data entry, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth operations across inbound, outbound, logistics, and supply and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry for manual orders (e-commerce, sampling, and offline channels)

Assist with documentation, filing, and administrative tasks

Maintain and update accurate internal records and databases

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with the warehouse team

Support supply and demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels

Prepare basic reports and operational summaries

Travel to warehouse and offline locations to support ad hoc operational needs

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
