Internship WFH Talent Acquisition (Mandarin is preferable)

Job Description
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on hiring requirements
Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial phone screening and candidate follow-up
Support the management of all company social media accounts, including content posting, engagement, and employer branding activities
Assist in creating recruitment-related content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR industry
