Job Description

1. 通过抖音、社交平台、社群及线下渠道发掘潜力主播，持续拓展主播招募渠道。
2. 负责意向主播沟通、面试邀约和初步筛选，介绍公司合作模式、培训体系及扶持资源。
3. 跟进主播签约、入驻及首次开播，并与运营团队完成交接。
4. 维护主播资源库，持续跟进意向主播，做好新人开播初期的沟通与维护。
5. 定期整理招募进度及转化情况，优化招募方法，完成约定的主播招募目标。
