Job Description

• Monitor stock levels and assist with the arrangement of inventory as needed
• Update inventory records in the database and monthly outstanding sales order report
• Process incoming shipment and verify the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders
• Assist in daily sorting of invoices and update Goods Received Notes (GRNs) accordingly
• Issue sales order, ensuring accurate pricing and availability of stock
• Assist with daily operational duties and perform ad-hoc accounting assignment as assigned by superior
