Inventory & Demand Planner (KL Hub)

Role Overview
We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Inventory & Demand Planner to join our KL team, supporting global inventory planning and operations.

You will work within an overall inventory management team. This role works closely with the Global Demand Director, focusing on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of inventory planning and demand forecasting processes. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock planning, reliable forecasting inputs, and smooth coordination across regions.

This is role will have strong exposure to global operations, without direct team management responsibilities.





Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Demand Planning

Execute inventory planning, stock allocation, and replenishment across regions

Support demand forecasting inputs based on promotions, pricing changes, and product lifecycle

Monitor stock levels and proactively flag risks such as stockouts or excess inventory

Data & Forecasting Support

Work with internal teams to gather and validate demand data

Support continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy

Ensure data consistency and reliability across systems

System & Reporting

Operate and support inventory systems (Vuly POS)

Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work

Operations Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams

Support China production planning and shipment tracking

Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies





Requirements
Experience

Proven experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain operations

Experience working with ERP or inventory systems is preferred

Language

Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken)

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Good understanding of inventory flow and demand planning concepts

Able to work with data, logic, and structured problem-solving

Proactive and reliable in execution

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
