Inventory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead the inventory team in maintaining efficient stock movement and warehouse processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong inventory management skills and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse and inventory operations.
- Lead and guide the inventory team to achieve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure timely stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and order fulfilment.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and prepare inventory reports and analyses.
- Coordinate stock requests and transfers with retail outlets.
- Liaise with suppliers and relevant departments to maintain adequate inventory and operational supplies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
