IT Assistant

Job description:
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for ERP systems developed in Visual FoxPro.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
- Ensure uptime and reliability of ERP systems to minimize business disruptions.
- Maintain and optimize MS SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Perform routine database backups, recovery, and maintenance tasks.
- Write and modify SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement enhancements.
- Develop and modify existing FoxPro ERP applications to align with evolving business processes.
- Test and deploy updates to minimize downtime and ensure compatibility
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP system features and functionalities
- Integrate FoxPro-ERP based systems with other business applications where necessary
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection regulations.
- Monitor system access and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Job Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply
- Proficiency in Visual FoxPro programming and database management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with integrating FoxPro systems with other platforms or tools.
