IT Executive

Duties:

Monitor the performance of the company’s software and system to ensure their availability and reliability, as well as to make adjustments when required. Knowledge of IT related hardware and network will be an added advantage.

Involve in the planning, designing, programming, implementation and monitoring of technological solutions to improve the Company’s efficiency in terms of functionality and end-user services.

Identify new technological trends (IoT, data management, etc.) and translate these into innovative and practical solutions for improving work processes.

Maintain documents and records of hardware, software or system changes and upgrades.

To provide training and guidance to related end-users of implemented software or system.

Identify, troubleshoot, resolve IT-related issues and coordinate rectification with the relevant vendors when necessary.

To assume responsibility over any other additional work, tasks, job description, or responsibilities as assigned and deemed appropriate by the Superior and/or Management from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferably, two (2) years of work experience in technology leadership, industry operations or logistics-related environment.

Fresh graduates in a similar discipline are also encouraged to apply.

Able to contribute independently, creatively and analytically in a team-oriented and problem-solving environment.

Possess excellent communication skills (multilingual) and fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
