IT Manager – Systems & Infrastructure - Batu Kawan

Key Responsibilities

1. System Development & Implementation
-Lead the development and implementation of internal systems (vendor management, transaction tracking, dashboards)
-Work closely with overseas IT partners to build, customize, and deploy systems
-Ensure all systems align with business operations and workflows

2. System Integration & Optimization
-Integrate systems across departments (operations, finance, logistics)
-Continuously improve system performance, usability, and efficiency
-Identify gaps and propose solutions to streamline processes

3. IT Operations & Infrastructure
-Oversee daily IT operations, system performance, raw material stock tally, and troubleshooting
-Ensure system stability, data security, and minimal downtime
-Manage hardware, software, and internal IT infrastructure

4. Team Building & Management
-Build and lead internal IT team (developers, support, vendors)
-Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure delivery timelines are met
-Create a structured workflow between internal team and external partners

5. Business & Tech Alignment
-Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
-Work closely with management to support operational and growth strategies
-Ensure systems are scalable and support future expansion

6. Problem Solving & Execution
-Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical challenges quickly
-Take ownership of system delivery and performance
-Ensure solutions are practical, effective, and implemented efficiently
