IT Project Executive

What You'll Do

Report updates to the PMO – you'll be the eyes and ears of the project

Drive projects end-to-end: from planning, requirement scoping, and coordination with stakeholders to execution and deployment

Conduct user training, facilitate UAT/SIT sessions, and support deployment activities

Track risks and escalate issues before they become problems

Own the timeline – keep things on schedule and ensure deliverables hit the mark

Be the communication bridge between stakeholders, teams, and clients



What You'll Need

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields — but if you’re a fast learner with the right mindset, SPM grads are welcome too

Great communicator — you can talk, listen, present, and connect

Comfortable juggling structured work (projects) and unstructured tasks

Willing to roll up your sleeves and be on the ground when needed

Curiosity + Adaptability = your best superpowers

Own transport (projects may take you places)



Bonus Points if You

Worked in Retail & F&B operations - you already know how to handle pressure and keep things running

Experience with Retail/F&B systems is a big plus

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified
