IT Project Manager (Mobile Application)

Your Role
Lead end-to-end web and mobile application development projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear documentation including User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA analysts, and IT operations to ensure seamless project execution and quality delivery across all phases of the SDLC.

Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, maintain development roadmaps, and enforce project deadlines and delivery priorities.

Monitor and track project milestones, proactively identifying risks and providing timely status reports to sponsors, stakeholders, and the project team.

Oversee day-to-day project operations and resource management, ensuring alignment between business analysis activities and agreed project scope throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (min. CGPA 3.0); fluent in spoken and written English.

5–7 years of IT project management experience with working knowledge of web, iOS/Android, and SDLC.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills across both technical and business audiences.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently under tight deadlines.

Exposure to the automotive industry, PMO environments, or tools such as JIRA and Atlassian suite is a plus.
