IT Project Manager - Software Development

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects from planning to delivery.

Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within scope, schedule, and budget.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting.

Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience managing software development projects.

Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
